Hey there...Look what I'm eating here!! It's California Roll (or some people may call it handroll) It's so yummy...I bought it from Sushi Deli, it only costs SGD1.80/pc and if you get the twins, they sell at SGD3.50. I can see the Japanese cucumber, Ebiko, Egg, Vinegar rice, a bit of mayo...and guess what, 1 slice of fresh avocado!!! Oh my, it's so delicious and healthy...and the best thing about it is: they wrap it in a very special way. The seaweed is protected with a layer of plastic so that it doesn't turn soggy. Only when you want to partake it, then you remove the plastic. So the seaweed is always fresh and crunchy!!
